1/2 OF A NEW YEAR NEW ME??

i must say within 3 months i have written more (read: better quality) stuff than i have ever written in the past 2 years?? i have also read more books than i did in the past 2 years too dude all my friends are gon be entering uni soon and my heart!!! is exploding from so much excitement and pure joy for them at the same time scared ya ok will stop boring yalls with the same few worries i cannot seem to shed but only deepen as the river of time flows (lmaoooo that was bad)
1) my dad got me a prime lens and LOL i aint gon be those skanks that take wide angled shots of singapore/architecture with NO THOUGHT OR CONCEPT and filter the hell outta it with -16 temp on vsco lmaooo and post it on social media with caption 'SG is beautiful' nO!!!! first: i am too narcissistic to take pictures of architecture without making an appearance ya i admit 50% of my rationale in getting a prime is to take pics of myself not afraid to say it ya BUT the other 50% is to legit brush of my weak ass photog skills bc lbr having a good camera is an incredible investment and according to kai, the kit lens is the 'worst' so gotta start somewhere ya?
really really enjoy exploring with LRR i am so basic there is literally a list of places in my phone that i want to visit for the sole purpose of taking pretentious pics THAT ARE NOT WHITE WALLS/THAT BLUE DOOR THINGY FROM THAT BIKE CAFE I CANT RMB THE NAME OF/TIONG BAHRU/CHIJMES and usually these places quite ulu lor, and its ALWAYS so hot but do it for the pic man. went 2 Marina South Pier with LRR and damn i think i turned 50 shades darker, and bc my eyes are so tiny on a regular basis, u throw in the sun and i literally have to force them open to be remotely visible haha at the same time must think of poses too leh to channel #aesthetic which I AM STILL GRAPPLING AROUND TO FIND MY 1 AND TRU AESTHETIC but its so much fun and bc i am NOT a photographer, my prime lens makes EVERYTHING so much easier. ok yknow what is late and have to be up early to mug tmr with kok and kai so i'll let the pics do the talking GIVE CHANCE YA DONT BE SAVAGE
