wow. it has been a year. ive grown up quite alot.
looking at life in the rearview mirror, i did notice that ive changed quite a bit.
for better or worse?
ive yet to decide.

so, ive learnt so much this year. through experiences. and heartache.
circumstances have altered my perceptions of things.
my thinking has changed.

have to admit, this year has been eventful. its like so many things happening simultaneously.
and i was tired of all these nonsense.

but like i always say, dec makes up for the rest of the horrible year, :)

i wonder if the rest of the world regrets leaving 2010 just like that. all the past mistakes.
lets be frank, there are many acts i regret commiting, and countless more i regret NOT doing.
this year started with a BANG and then it sorta simmered down and in the middle it started to go all wrong and messed up and there were anxiety breakouts and yeah yeah those emo blogposts. and regret, and lost friendships.

haiy. it has been an absolutely bad year.

flipping through the 'black book' most of my writings were filled with negativity. :P

its 13 Dec!! wow we'll be leaving tmr. actually, im fine with it. had breakfast at the same place. argh im getting fat. had a weird dream k. smth to do with rosyth. cant rmb much but its weird. on the bus to the fruit farm! that small kid keeps playing with his seal! so cute~

okay, we went to new south wales. quite interesting with all the fields and sky. smth like europe. long bus ride. many steep highways you can actually feel yourself leaning backwards as you go up up up! the beaches were so extensive! point danger was basically this block of cement. .__. and there was a wishing well. i made a wish with no coins HAHAHA scam. the scenery was lovely. like tangalooma? except that the colours werent as vivid. we went up the bus and continued our journey yo tropical fruit world. NSW is awesome k! the roads are like binding into one another, up the hills, same for the houses. the houses were beside the highway! WHATTHEHELENA :D

woke up at 6.05am today. had breakfast downstairs with scrambled eggs on toast. yummy. i feel like sleeping yawnzxc. on the bus to movieworld now. it looks like its going to rain though. D: praypraypray.

its not raining. whew. :) im at movieworld now, and its really similar to ustudios. went to the back of the house tour at some theatre. the kids played some warm up games. im the only adolescent. LOLOL the guy did a fresh bruise on my left knee with make up and powder. supa realistic with cuts and blood and dirt. we watched the 4d show journey to the centre of the earth. cool seh :) whoo. then we watched the hollywood stunt show. the huge fireball was intimidating. i thought i was gonna die. the heat is terrifying. we then went to the looney tunes area. hahaha all the kids. dad and tim sat on the roadrunner rollercoaster. spent most of the time taking photos around that area. there were tons of kids! aww, im not a rollercoaster person so im fine with taking pictures. ohhh what else? we ate giant hotdogs again! im telling you, if i ever work full time in a theme park, hotdogs will be my diet. the batman show started. a bit .__. HOW COME THEY DONT HAVE SPIDERMAN!!! I LOVE SPIDERMAN. :( next we went to chinatown and the lethal weapon ride was there and honestly, i think the ppl who designed it, must have hated humans or smth because that ride was totally fatal. and the superman ride too. i dont know how exactly the ppl manage to ride that thing! we went to the cowboy area, lol dreamworld has one of those too. actually the whole of movieworld was pretty small, we managed to cover the whole of the theme park. sat on the batman simulater ride HAHA its the only thing i was willing to ride. dad, mum and i bought a shirt each from the stores. ITS SUPA CUTE. dad has the batman shirt, mum had the wonderwoman shirt, i had some other shirt la. there's this superman shirt with a cape behind. wanted to get that but on second thoughts, wearing it out will make me look absolutely stupid. soooooo, i didnt get that. i hope there'll be more things to get tmr. anyway it didnt rain, and thank God for that. we got back to the hotel and decided to eat at hard rock. but the wait was pretty long, so we ate somewhere else. at this Italian Restaurant and the beef IS FREECAN GOOD. its like an inch thick!! and so juicy, love it love it love it!! much better than the puny ones in sg.

it was in red wine sauce so now i feel drunk LOLOL kidding. walked around looking at shops after dinner. oh the total price for dinner (salmon, steak, lasagna and fish and chips) was like AU66 bucks?! quite reasonable. hotel grand chancellor was apparently just beside orchid road which is very much like orchard road. coincidence huh. there seem to be loads of pubs in aussie. like a few on every street. kinda like clarke quay? street performances and buskers were around. there was a huge crowd circling a unicyclist. i couldnt manage to see the performance :( but i've got pictures :D

i miss fb alot. :( anyway, realised that im the only girl here. .__. i miss bratislava. :( haiyyy. on the way to dreamworld now. whoo. breakfast was similar to ytd and i saw HJC OMG. then watched simpsons. like over and over again. haha okay the streets quite cool.

woah. we reached pretty early like at around 8am- 9am plus. entered the place but it wasnt as impressive as i expected. walked past the wiggles part. LOL SUPA GAY. went for the back of the house tour where we walked to the Australian Outback area. The guide brought us to the vet area plus the food preparation room. HOHO i touched the koala SO HAIRY. oh and i have a free koala. cute seh :)
we fed the kangaroos i fed the joey! so cute, it licked my hand :3 saw the peacock in the same enclosure as the croc. WAH. it started to drizzle and we went to the sheep shearing show. the show was like depicting farm life. went to the water raft ride it was pretty much like the one at ustudios. quite fun LOL. considering the fact that im not a rollercoaster person. we had LARGE HOTDOG ROLLS FOR LUNCH AWESOME. which were as long as a foot?! shiok! and then it started to pour and we sought shelter in the foodcourt and dad bought a pizza. with the rain preventing and killing all our chances of walking around, we had to make do with the gift shops.

bought a spongebob ball for gordy and some mega huge pencils. the rain kinda subsided so we walked around. the tigers like a bit sian. .__. but the white tiger was supa BEE-AAYY-YEWW-TI-FULLLL. the baby tiger so cute! the nickelodeon like quite cute LOL. SPONGEBOOB. sat on the dreamworld railway and sorta went round the whole theme park. passing showers were aplenty. this small kid wearing a buzz light year jumpsuit was splashing in the puddles with his green companion. a stuffed frog. so cute :3 bought icecream macadamia caramel and looked around the shops. 4.30pm! then we went back to the bus.

LOL woke up from a good night's sleep. I forgot where I was. went for breakfast at tourisop where we had our dinner (reminds me of seoul garden) breakfast was good. something like holiday inn's supa delicious breakfast with scrambled eggs and all the bacons which were kinda salty but good. we then proceeded to hang near the jetty where we watched the pelican feeding. but there weren't any pelies, but there were cormorants paddling on the sea. the guide threw them some fish and they went into a frenzy. haha one of the cormorants flew onto the railing beside dad. so close seh! that guy supa playful, kept following the guide for fish. then she had to gently chase him away. we took some photos around the dolphin center and saw those birds that were as still as statues. so cute la! they were shaded at strategic spots so they looked even more like garden ornaments. we went to look at the photos the photographer took at the desert and dolphin feeding. aish, my sand tobogganing fail. :( so the photo's like sand almost enveloping my face rather furiously. THUMBS UP TO THE PHOTOGRAPHER. .__. aiya wadev la. the dolphin photo quite cute LOL. total was like 95bucks?! and the fish feeding was like woah cuz the fishes were like desperate for food. then flapflap or rather swishswish and then yeeaah. there were starfishes, jellyfishes and pufferfishes. woooaahh. and after that, we embarked on this sightseeing walk LOLOL the sea was like cerulean and then yale blue and cerulean and yeah it repeats until it reaches the horizon. walked around taking pictures. the canoeing boats were colourful, bright neon flashes. i went to this playground and there was this aussie kid ther. I asked him if i could take a picture and he was like 'NO!' :( wahlaozxc. went to the convenience store and pink was playing! and then the goo goo dolls. Tim bought a dolphin. apparently, he's stoked about echo the dolphin. Just had lunch at tourisop again. -__- a bit sian. the whole stay at Tanga has been sian. zzz. I wish we were in Gold Coast. Im in the VIP lounge as i write this. i wann go to the beach. :(

Im on the bus to Gold Coast now. wait. I am on the bus but its not moving. .__. waiting to get the luggage. just sat the ferry to Brisbane. hoho guys with shaggy brunette hair are cute! :3 apparently, today's the first day of summer. we're on the bus to Surfers Paradise. There's like random houses along the road. Patrick mentioned smth like loads of travel agencies living in the same hotel. WAH SIAN. LATER SEE HJC LOOKALIKE. D: nooooooooooooo. but at least got facebook la. :)

I WAS WRONG. no facebook. wahlaozxc :( anyway. we went to some chinese restaurant and ate at the roadside. the food was pretty chinese and there was like chinese tea just like in Europe. awww, got drunk on chinese tea again. we went to a souvenir shop called 88. bought stuff la, the usual stuff from aussie. i mean like, what can you expect from aussie? we went to woolworths again. its like the ntuc of aussie? returned to the hotel room to place our stuff there. like 1 box of things. .__. went to the night market at Surfers Paradise. we walked pretty far, past subway (looks supa fresh) macs, icecream shops, bars, steakhouses, street performances, yupp. pretty hyped up. by the time we reached the night market, it was pretty late alr and most of the stalls were closing for the day :( Like at 10pm. even the malls were closing. the night market was like a pasar malan. there were tarot card readings, palm readings, caricature. haha. mum bought some stuff, and FINALLY WE COULD GO BACK TO THE HOTEL ROOM. the hotel room was massive but the stupid tv wasnt working. grrr. looking outside, we can see the beach with all the ships sailing about. whoo. seaview hor. went to bed with much difficulty.

Just reached the Brisbane Airport. Apparently my sony phone isn't starting up. thank God i have my backup LG phone. :) annoying zit on my nose! grr. mum's having motion sickness. im yawning away as i write this. gotta catch up on some sleep later! waiting for the tour guide (Patrick) to gather everyone. LOL.

we went to a mall i guess and the super market is absolutely cute! :) just like the ones in Europe. we then took a ferry to Tangalooma Resort. it wasn't as choppy or bumpy as i expected. fell asleep with Ryan Tedder singing whoo. apparently, the sand is supa white and clean! im now at this buffet restaurant called Beach House Rountunda or smth. food kinda okay i guess. mum's gonna stay in the hotel room while the rest of us gonna go out. hope she gets better. whoo! i heard drops of jupiter and i want it that way! :)
oh btw, dynasty travel and some other travel agencies are here too. .__.

so after lunch at Beach House Rountunda, we took a truck/bus to the Moreton Island Desert. and the ride was like white water rafting but on land woah, it was so roller coaster esque. whoo the desert was like a huge beach. never ending one. and then, i decided to go sand tobogganing. wow. as i panted up the slope i knew there was no turning back. the slope was like steep until cannot steep. as i walked towards the slide, i could feel myself trembling. ahhhhhhhh, the aussie dude was like 'you go sweetheart!' and then down down down i went. and all the sand was like flying into my face. woah. whoo. the sand was like soft velvety snow. SHIOK. then we returned to the place and had a presentation on dolphins that visit Tanga every night. quite interesting. LOL. dolphins ah. haha then we watched the kookaburra feeding. the kook so cute la! oh our lodge is called kookaburra. and then we returned to our rooms and washed up. all the sand. like sandman. LOL haha i love the desert. :) oh then dolphin feeding. the water was so freezing cold. cold like fire! and the current was so strong and the dolphin was so cute and tiny! and it bit my finger haha so keee-yuuuutte! we went for hotpot dinner and buffet. quite nice. im now in the hotel room about to charge my phone. meet the fockers is showing. we're leaving tmr, thank God! Gold coast will definately more fun. okay goodnights, first day in aussie a bit sian. .__.

youth camp!

so the past few days have been dedicated to keeping up my faith with God. and i have to say it was great! Really. :)

We basically had our bunks and stuff in the secondary school classrooms and then we got into our groups and had icebreakers and such. our group was led by zhiwei and its called TheMagnificent HAHAHAHA.

we had speakers form aussie, and their sermons were supersuper engaging. We did hebrews and i realised that there were many learning points in hebrews! maybe i should go read! :)
like cutting back on unnecessary stuff that may affect our run with God.

And then on day 2,
it was the crazy Diner Dash, haha we came in second! went all the way to ion, esplanade, merlion park, flyer, war memorial park, wah, those thighs of mine, breaking. :( it was raining but it was good anyway :) oh oh oh and we had CARL'S JUNIORS for dinner~ so awesoooommmeeeeeeee

and on day 3,
telematch, wow human bowling! what an experience! slide on the shokobutsu and water and knock all the pins down like boooomzxc. haha not forgetting the mud! and we had two sessions in a day, so there was alot of thinking bout our own journey with God. KEEP ON HAVING FAITH! oh and old skool nite haha everyone looked so studious! haha best dressed. :) teehee. okay i am shy. danced nobody hoho. somehow this has ignited the dead k-pop fan inside of me. especially with the influence from josiah and zhiwei during teh Diner Dash.

and today was the last day.
and yeah, i've decided to stop turning away from God, and yeah, i've gained alot form this camp.
